Herb-Infused Vinaigrette
A quick everyday vinaigrette powered by herb-infused olive oil. Great on greens and grain bowls.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup herb-infused olive oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar (red wine or apple cider)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp honey or maple syrup
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients until emulsified or shake in a jar.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
