Herb-Infused Vinaigrette

A quick everyday vinaigrette powered by herb-infused olive oil. Great on greens and grain bowls.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup herb-infused olive oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (red wine or apple cider)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp honey or maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients until emulsified or shake in a jar.
  2. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Potency Notes
Active ingredient per serving = (Active ingredient per tsp × Teaspoons used) ÷ Servings

Storage: Refrigerate up to 1 week. Shake before using.
