Herb-Infused Peanut Butter Fudge (No-Bake)

Ultra-creamy, no-bake fudge that comes together in minutes. Great for make-ahead treats.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup herb-infused butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt both butters over low heat.
  2. Stir in peanut butter until smooth; remove from heat and add vanilla.
  3. Beat in powdered sugar until thick.
  4. Press into a parchment-lined 8x8-inch pan; chill until firm, then cut.
