Savory Herb-Infused Omelette

Tender omelette enriched with herb-infused oil or butter and packed with your favorite fillings.

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp herb-infused butter or oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fillings: shredded cheese, sautéed mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Heat herb-infused butter or oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour eggs, cook while gently lifting edges; add fillings; fold and finish until set.

Storage: Best fresh. For meal prep, scramble instead and cool quickly.
