Savory Herb-Infused Omelette
Tender omelette enriched with herb-infused oil or butter and packed with your favorite fillings.
Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tbsp herb-infused butter or oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fillings: shredded cheese, sautéed mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes (optional)
Instructions
- Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Heat herb-infused butter or oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
- Pour eggs, cook while gently lifting edges; add fillings; fold and finish until set.
