Herb-Infused French Toast
Custardy, golden French toast with a subtle herbal richness. Ideal for weekend brunch.
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp herb-infused butter (plus more for pan)
- 8 slices day-old bread
Instructions
- Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Melt herb-infused butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Dip bread in custard, then cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
