Herb-Infused French Toast

Custardy, golden French toast with a subtle herbal richness. Ideal for weekend brunch.

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp herb-infused butter (plus more for pan)
  • 8 slices day-old bread

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Melt herb-infused butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Dip bread in custard, then cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
Potency Notes
Active ingredient per serving = (Active ingredient per tsp × Teaspoons used) ÷ Servings

Storage: Keep leftovers chilled up to 2 days; reheat in toaster oven.
