Herb-Infused Banana Bread
Moist, tender banana bread with a subtle herbal lift. Perfect with coffee or as a cozy snack.
Ingredients
- ½ cup herb-infused butter, softened
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Cream butters with sugar until fluffy; beat in eggs.
- Mix in mashed bananas and vanilla.
- Sift in flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; mix just to combine.
- Bake ~55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
