Herb-Infused Hummus
Creamy dip blended with a splash of herb-infused olive oil for extra depth.
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup tahini
- 1 small garlic clove
- 2–3 tbsp herb-infused olive oil
- 2–3 tbsp water (as needed)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Blend chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, and 2 tbsp herb-infused oil.
- Add water as needed for texture; season to taste. Drizzle with more infused oil to serve.
