Herb-Infused Hummus

Creamy dip blended with a splash of herb-infused olive oil for extra depth.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 2–3 tbsp herb-infused olive oil
  • 2–3 tbsp water (as needed)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, and 2 tbsp herb-infused oil.
  2. Add water as needed for texture; season to taste. Drizzle with more infused oil to serve.

Active ingredient per serving = (Active ingredient per tsp × Teaspoons used) ÷ Servings

Storage: Refrigerate up to 5 days.
