Herb-Infused Granola Bars
Chewy granola bars bound with a touch of herb-infused butter. Easy to customize and great for on-the-go.
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups rolled oats
- ½ cup chopped nuts
- ½ cup dried fruit
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup herb-infused butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment.
- Stir together oats, nuts, fruit, honey, brown sugar, herb-infused butter, vanilla, and salt.
- Press firmly into pan; chill 1–2 hours; cut into bars.
