Herb-Infused Granola Bars

Chewy granola bars bound with a touch of herb-infused butter. Easy to customize and great for on-the-go.

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup chopped nuts
  • ½ cup dried fruit
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup herb-infused butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment.
  2. Stir together oats, nuts, fruit, honey, brown sugar, herb-infused butter, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Press firmly into pan; chill 1–2 hours; cut into bars.

Active ingredient per serving = (Active ingredient per tsp × Teaspoons used) ÷ Servings

Storage: Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 2 months.
