Herb-Infused Mashed Potatoes
Creamy, fluffy potatoes lifted with herb-infused butter for a rich finish.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
- ½ cup herb-infused butter
- ½ cup warm heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes; drain.
- Mash smoothly; stir in herb-infused butter and cream.
- Season to taste and serve warm.
