Herb-Infused Mashed Potatoes

Creamy, fluffy potatoes lifted with herb-infused butter for a rich finish.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • ½ cup herb-infused butter
  • ½ cup warm heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes; drain.
  2. Mash smoothly; stir in herb-infused butter and cream.
  3. Season to taste and serve warm.

Active ingredient per serving = (Active ingredient per tsp × Teaspoons used) ÷ Servings

Storage: Refrigerate up to 3 days; reheat gently with extra cream.
