Herb-Infused Chocolate Bark with Nuts and Fruit

Silky chocolate melted with herb-infused butter, studded with roasted nuts and dried fruit.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz chocolate (dark or milk), chopped
  • 2 tbsp herb-infused butter
  • ½ cup roasted nuts
  • ½ cup dried fruit
  • Pinch of flaky salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate gently; stir in herb-infused butter until smooth.
  2. Spread on parchment; sprinkle nuts, fruit, and salt. Chill until set; break into pieces.

Storage: Store cool and dry up to 2 weeks.
