Classic Herb-Infused Brownies

Ingredients
- ½ cup herb-infused butter, melted
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8x8-inch pan.
- Whisk both butters with sugars until smooth.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Sift in flour, cocoa, and salt; fold to combine.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until a toothpick shows moist crumbs. Cool before slicing.
