Classic Herb-Infused Brownies

Rich, fudgy brownies with gentle herbal notes from infused butter. A timeless treat for your herb-focused kitchen.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup herb-infused butter, melted
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8x8-inch pan.
  2. Whisk both butters with sugars until smooth.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  4. Sift in flour, cocoa, and salt; fold to combine.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  6. Bake 25–30 minutes until a toothpick shows moist crumbs. Cool before slicing.

Storage: Store airtight up to 5 days or freeze up to 2 months.
